About the Author:​
David is a graduate of the world renowned Neighborhood Playhouse School of the Theater, where he was trained by the 'master' who created the "method" and its content, Sanford Meisner.

Mr.Wilson also worked with his protégé, William Esper, who started the actor’s training program at Rutgers University, before establishing the prestigious institute that now bears his name.

David also studied “Speech Level Singing” (SLS) with Seth Riggs, coach to some of the world's great singers such as Michael Jackson, Janet Jackson, Whitney Houston, Toni Braxton, Stevie Wonder, Michael Bolton and Mariah Carey.

He has worked with some of the industry’s top talents, including: Sir Anthony Hopkins, Charlton Heston, Sandy Dennis, Robert Mitchum, Angela Lansbury, Robert Wagner, Telly Savalas, Tom Selleck, Josh Brolin, Leslie Ann Warren, Dennis Hopper and dozens more.

In this century, he has brought independent filmmaking back to the Hudson River Valley after nearly a half-century hiatus. He directed and starred in the the award winning feature film, “COLLAR,” right here in the HV. You do not want to miss this exciting performance! David has written many scripts and stories, he wrote the original story,  "The Unforgiven" from which Clint Eastwood's company, Malpaso Productions, developed the film. He also wrote the original  script for "Eyes Wide Shut," Stanley Kubrick's final epic. There will be many more to come...
